AITEM Background:

AITEM BV was founded in 1999 by Hans Pijnacker. After a successful career with different telecom and IT companies in Europe, Asia and Latin America, (AT&T, Philips, Lucent Technologies, Sharp) Hans Pijnacker started AITEM with the goal to help companies become better in the way they do business. This resulted in Temporary Executive Management services. Since then the objective has not changed. AITEM is called upon by many different companies and major stakeholders as Private Equity Firms, Financial investors, Shareholders, CEO's, Business Owners of Medium to large enterprises in different industries.

AITEM focusses in the assignments on building, (re) structuring and renewed added value creation for the organisation and its stakeholders through Temporary assignements.

 

Approach:

AITEM makes use of expertise from within the organisation, knowledge of (external) temporary managers, and experience and lessons learned from the many assignments performed by AITEM. When necessary, external specialists can be added for area's within the organisations. 

Changes that are essential for the successful realisation of the expected results can be performed by manager(s), related to the network of AITEM who have proven expertise in their roles in the fullfillment of their respective management focus.
