AITEM BV was asked to restructure and boost the topline of this Global provider of Satellite Communications. With operation all over the world, and  rapid declining customer base, the company was deep into the red. Although Sales and Marketing was an issue for sure, the first steps where into restructuring of worldwide Procurement, support, and customer service. This led to partnership with suppliers and an immediate improved price positioning and margin achievement of the services. The result was back into black figures in 3 months time. Now it was time to optimize the product offering. With excellent data in the systems, AITEM BV turned this into a Value Added Service with true information for the Customers, creating added value and customer satisfaction at hardly extra cost, but improved margin for the company. This approach was noticed in the market place, and competition showed their interest, looking for aquisition of the company. AITEM supported the Due Dilligenge process from the seller side, and was asked by the new owner after the Aquisition to lead the integration of the two companies. After 13 months, a well integrated  market leader was created, with One Sales Approach and making black figures.
